Unless explicitly stated in a service agreement, custom code, designs, and marketing assets created for clients belong to the client upon full payment of services.

7. Liability
In no event shall DigitalRise Marketing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Maharashtra.
